Theresa Eiden, MPT

After graduation from Northern Illinois University in 1987 with a B.S. in Physical Education/Fitness Leadership, Theresa was a consultant for AT&T's wellness program, Total Life Concept (TLC) until 1990 - performing stress tests, designing fitness programs, and organizing running, cycling and triathlon clubs.

In 1992, she graduated from Northwestern University with a Masters in Physical Therapy and has been working in an out-patient, orthopedic setting ever since, Theresa's Manual therapy skills allow her to work with people having all types if musculoskeletal complaints -especially those that are a challenge. As co-owner of C.A.R.E., she is proud to offer the best one-on-one 45-60 minute physical therapy treatment in the area.
 

Sally O'Hare , MPT

Sally received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois in 1990, and then her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa in 1992. Since beginning practice as a Physical Therapist in 1992, Sally has spent the majority of her time utilizing her Manual therapy skills in the outpatient orthopedic setting with individuals with various musculoskeletal/sports related injuries. Specific areas of interest for Sally include working with runners and triathletes, using videoanalysis to better evaluate biomechanics. Sally has taught aquatic rehabilitation classes and given seminars in the areas of "Back Care" in the workplace, "Injury Prevention" of runners as well as "Using Videoanalysis in the Assessment and Treatment in Running Injuries". Since opening C.A.R.E. Physical Therapy in 2000, her goal has been, and continues to be, to offer the best one-on-one physical therapy care in the Chicago area.

Angela Dietzen, MPT, MOMT

In 1998, Angela received her Masters of Physical Therapy degree from St. Louis UniversityShe continued her education with the Ola Grimsby Institute in Nashville, TN, completing a 2-year residency program and receiving a Masters of Orthopedic Manual Therapy in 2000. She is currently in her second year at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto, Ontario.  She has proven success with the prevention and healing of spinal disc dysfunction, chronic muscle and ligament strains, fibromyalgia, and post-surgical conditions.  She draws on over 8 years of experience to carefully diagnose myofascial, craniosacral and joint problems arising from trauma, overuse, or imbalance.  She then creates a personalized, hands-on treatment plan that integrates the patient’s stress level, diet, and work/home environment for a speedy return to normal activity.  She is also aware of the subtle, yet important differences of one’s anatomy, joint mobility and response to tissue healing which enables her to more efficiently facilitate the body’s own natural healing mechanisms.

 

Lesley Hunt, PT, CST

Lesley received her B.S. in Physical Therapy form the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1993.  Following graduation, Lesley spent a year working at the University of Wisconsin Hospital with in-patient and out-patient orthopedics. Upon arriving in Chicago, she continued to practice out-patient orthopedics while pursuing continuing education in various manual techniques.  Lesley has now developed a specialty in CranioSacral Therapy and Myofascial Release Techniques.  She draws on over 8 years of experience to carefully diagnose myofascial, craniosacral and joint problems arising from trauma, overuse, or imbalance.  She has completed advanced level training with the Upledger Institute and has become certified in CranioSacral Therapy.  She currently treats both pediatric and adult clients utilizing these manual skills.  Lesley has a special interest in combining traditional physical therapy techniques with alternative therapy techniques. She specializes in treatment of migraines, TMJ, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, neurological disorders, Sensory Integration Dysfunction, ADD/ADHD, and torticollis.
