If we are not contracted with your health insurance plan, we do extend out of network discounts to our patients. Your responsibility will be determined when benefits are quoted to our office. Our office is happy to accept self-pay patients who do not carry health insurance coverage. Please contact our office directly for rates and payment procedures.
