"I was referred to C.A.R.E. after 5 years of sacroiliac joint pain and 2 stints of unsuccessfully physical therapy. The result of my treatment there, is that I am finally able to run and engage in normal daily activities virtually pain free."

  • Foot (Plantarfascitis)
  • Patellofemoral Pain (Runner's knee)

Traumatic injuries

  • Sprains/Strains
  • Hip
  • Knee(ACL, MCL)
  • Ankle
  • Shoulder
  • Neck
  • Low Back/Sacroiliac (SI)

Sports injuries can often be very painful and are usually associated with swelling. Traumatic injuries typically require immediate evaluation by a physician to determine the degree of injury. As physical therapists, we play a vital role in rehabilitation process. We help to decrease swelling and pain and achieve full joint motion, restore muscle strength, stability, and balance, and return you to your sport. It is critical that these injuries are fully rehabilitated to prevent further problems and injuries when you're back to your normal level of activity.
