Kaitlyn graduated from Lewis University with a B.A. in Psychology in June of 2024, and is currently still in graduate school working towards her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Outside of the office, she has a passion for paleontology, geology, and sharks. She spends her time going to museums, going to crystal shops, and studying for her degree. As a true Chicago native, she can be found having a picnic by the lakefront or fishing along the Des Plaines River.
